Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Diamond Edge Inc. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All merchandise is your property once it has left the shipping facility.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipment method & Estimated delivery time

We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, expedited shipping* will be quoted upon request. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Diamond Edge is not responsible for carrier delays.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States when product is immediately available.

No Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Diamond Edge Inc. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Contact the main office for international shipping or delivery to freight forwarding companies.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Diamond Edge Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




Diamond Edge Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier within 7 days to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products  at Diamond Edge Inc.  There are no returns on special order merchandise. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, please contact our main office at 888-249-4111. If you are eligible for a return within 14 calendar days of your purchase. an RMA Number must be provided by our office. Items returned without an RMA authorization may be refused or returned to sender. After the 14-day period merchandise will no longer be eligible for return or credit. All merchandise must be returned unused in original, undamaged packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be applied for non-defective product. Warranty issues must be resolved through the manufacturer.
